Shandong Longkou Kaixiang Co.,Ltd was founded in 1991, is the first and the largest corporation of producing fruit bags, fruit bag machines and fruits and vegetables post harvest disposal equipments. The company successively invented single-deck fruit bag, double-deck fruit bag equipments, the fruit and vegetable classifying machines, fruits washing and waxing machines, large-scale fruit and vegetable classifying line and food packaging equipments and so on. These inventions successfully filled our domestic gaps. Our company invented more than 30 fruit bags including apple, peach, grape, mango, orange, banana, guava, pear, etc, with an annual output capacity of 2 billion fruit bags, meanwhile we summed up a set of cultivation techniques of the apples, pears, peaches, grapes, navel oranges, bananas, etc, which are now widely used in practice. Achievements:
1. Invented the first single-deck fruit bag machine of China, the first double-deck fruit bag machine and the first first-double-deck bags machine. The market share of Kaixiang machines is over 60 percent, and the nationalization extent achieved almost 100%, saving 500 million U.S. dollars per year for China.
2. Invented the first fruit cleaning and waxing machine, large-scale fruit and vegetable classifying line, all types of fruit-selecting machines in china. In 2004, "the development of new classification of fruit and vegetable equipments" was admitted by China Spark Program. Item number: 2004EA740064.
3. Developed more than 30 fruit bags including apples, pears, peaches, grapes, pomegranates, mango, loquat, navel oranges, bananas and other fruits etc, with an annual output capacity of 2 billion fruits bags.
4. Kaixiang Fuji apple bags won the second place in all the 28 fruit bags brands and the first place in the domestic brands.
